With over 10 years of experience with REO asset management, we are qualified and able to manage bank owned properties.  Because we work directly with the lenders, we are able to provide expert and efficient management and report promptly and directly to the REO department.  Once an asset is assigned, we complete the BPO within three business days and list the property on the appropriate Multiple Listing Service.  We will make a comprehensive list of recommended services and provide competitive bids. Upon approval, we will coordinate the providers and follow up to insure the work is done in a professional and timely manner.  Our goal is to price assets appropriately for the local market, thereby selling the assets in 30-45 days to reduce recurring maintenance costs, such as lawn care and utilities.
