Once we have an asset ready for marketing, we list the property on the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS Multiple List Service which places it on the “hotsheet” of daily updates for all the local REALTORS to see. Additionally, the property is listed on the following internet sites: REALTOR.com, RE/MAX.com, HomesInLouisville.com, AnneMayhugh.com, BuyLouisvilleRentals.com, 4256000.com, and all the local Real Estate companies’ websites. We place signage as allowed by local ordinances and provide are available via cell phone from 8am to 8pm every work day. We place a lockbox on the door for easy access for service providers and REALTORS.
